Terms & Conditions

Last updated: Add publication date.

Submitting a booking enquiry does not itself confirm a cab or final fare. A booking is confirmed only after Make My Cab communicates availability, fare, vehicle details, inclusions and applicable conditions.

Confirm total fare, tolls, parking, waiting time, driver allowance, taxes, payment terms and cancellation conditions before travel. Availability and vehicle type may vary by location and date.

This starter template is not legal advice. Customise it for your actual cancellation and refund policies and have it reviewed before publishing.
